I placed them at first to third in our list of 40 houses considered.Then when we chose our new home and got down to the details of completing the sale, Dianne swung into problem solver mode immediately and worked into the night, drawing up our proposal to the seller. When I had questions about what I was actually signing for on the documents, she talked me through all my questions with ease and without making me feel like a dumb guy. Any coordination we needed in the many steps to get us to the signing, she was on it right now. And it all came together on closing day without a bobble. We’ve moved in and out of 6 houses in our life together. This was the best process by a long shot and nearly all the credit goes to Dianne. I hope we don’t need her services again, but if we do, I’m calling her.
